I. PLACE AND DATE:
The Turkish Chess Federation (TCF) will organize the Turkey-Iran Friendship Chess Match in Ankara, Turkey from 07th September (Arrival) to 17th September (Departure).
II. INVITATION:
The Turkish Chess Federation has the pleasure of inviting Iran Delegation(4 players, 1 trainer, 1 director) to the competition.
III. ACCOMODATION:
All players are provided with a full board (excluding alcohol) accommodation at the Angora hotel (four stars), Ankara.
IV. TOURNAMENT VENUE:
Tournament venue will be the hall of the Angora Hotel.
V. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM:
The tournament will be played using the Double Scheveningen System with 8 rounds. The rate of play will be 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.
VI. ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS:
i. According to FIDE Chess Rules 6.6.a the late arrival length is 15 minutes.
ii. According to FIDE Chess Rules 9.1.a the minimum number of moves in 20.
iii. All of the participants are regarded as they read and fully accepted the conditions of the tournament and cannot claim they do not have knowledge about the issues indicated in the regulations.
iv. Electronic devices and cell phones will not be taken into tournament hall.
